Delivery & Returns


Products will be sent out to you by: 1st class standard mail, 1st class signed for delivery or Special next day delivery.

Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be posted the next working day

We aim to despatch next working day and will do our best to fulfil this.

Returns Policy

Drone is Life endeavours to supply the highest quality goods and service and operates a simple returns policy.

Please complete the form here with details of your order number and item(s) you wish to return BEFORE returning anything back to us.

If you are not happy with anything you buy from us please return it to us within 7 days, unused and in its original packaging. We will be happy to exchange or refund providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. All items that are made to order or made to measure are non-returnable, unless they are faulty.

Please note that any special delivery service charges are not refundable.

Our seven day Returns Policy is an addition to your statutory rights and Distance Selling Regulations. Please see our terms for more information.

Any item returned outside of our 7 day return period, but received within 30 days of delivery, may be subject to credit at the discretion of Drone is Life, providing goods are in original condition and packaging.

We are only able to process returns and refunds when dealing with the original purchaser of the goods.

Making Returns

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to:

Since we cannot be held responsible for goods until they arrive at our premises and unsuitable items are returned to us at your cost, we strongly recommend that you return your item using one of Royal Mail’s tracked services. This will insure you for the value of your goods and will also allow you to track your order via


Your card will be refunded within seven days of us receiving your return and you will receive an email confirmation to let you know. Depending upon the bank and your card issuer, it can take several further days for the refund to appear in your account.

Lost Goods

Please contact us if you have not received your goods within seven days of the dispatch email being received We will take up the matter with Royal Mail to rectify the situation.

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to provide full and correct delivery details including postcode (if applicable). We are unable to accept responsibility for orders which fail to be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address or post code.
